The Australian women cricketers, in their first innings, made 221 for none and declared (Miss Antonio not out 103, Miss Holmes not out 103). Lancashire in the first innings made 157 (Miss Flaherty five for 40, Miss Walsh four for 43). Australia won by 64 runs.
