MEETING OF CABINET CALLED

The Berlin correspondent of Reuters says: A German Cabinet meeting has been called for to-day, to discuss Spanish problems. "The Vielkischer Beobachter” contains a veiled threat of Germany’s withdrawal from the Non-Intervention Committee. The paper states that German sailors are too good to be used as laboratory rabbits because English diplomats lack the courage to face Bolshevism.
