CROWD ENTERTAINED
VARIED PROGRAMME A varied programme of entertainment was provided for the big crowds which attended yesterday’s sessions. In the afternoon keen interest was displayed in a fashion parade, while in the evening orchestral music and items by the Harmonica and Junior Municipal Bands were much appreciated. Lectures Arranged Tills afternoon Mr C. C. Leitch, of the Department of Agriculture, will speak on grass plots, while to-morrow afternoon, Professor Hudson, of Lincoln College, will speak on “The Future of Canterbury Agriculture."
