CAVE
HALL COMMITTEE At a meeting of the Cave Hall Committee the resignation of Miss Lorna Clark, who has been secretary for a number of years, was accepted with much regret. The chairman, Mr W. A. Little, made particular reference to Miss Clark’s capabilities as a secretary and the excellent manner in which the. books were kept, and said that the best wishes of the committee were extended to her in her new sphere of work in Christchurch. Mr M. E. Eagle was elected to fill the position. The sheep drive held recently to aid the hall fund, together with donations, exceeded £5O, which reflected very creditably upon the generosity of the public.
