GERALDINE BRANCH The executive committee of the Geraldine Plunket Society met in the Parish Hall, the president (Mrs J. Wyn Davison) occupying the. chair. The resignation of Mrs G. Dennistoun was received with regret, members expressing a hope that she would join the committee again on her return from England. Mrs J. M. H. Tripp was granted leave of absence while on a vis’t to England. Final arrangements were made for Plunket Day on April 7. The nurse’s report was as follows: Geraldine district: Visits to rooms 101, to homes 72, new cases 3, telephone calls 30 car mileage 245. Fairlie district: Visits to rooms 61, to homes 34, new cases 3, telephone calls 13, car mileage 156. Te Ngawai: Visits to homes 62, new cases 2, telephone calls 21, car mileage 175.
