NEW ZEALANDER VISITS NAGOYA EXHIBITION United Press Association—By Electric Teleeranh —Cooyrtght (Received March 11, 12.20 a.m.) TOKYO, March 10. Mr I. V. Phillips, who arrived to-day, informed the press that the New Zealand Government has commissioned him to visit the Nagoya Exhibition to obtain pointers for New Zealand’s Centenary Exhibition.
