WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG? United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph convrtght BERLIN, March 8. Under Nazi philosophy, right is whatever serves the community. A lawyer in the Weimar Court pleaded that in shooting a dangerous, demented son, a father had not harmed the community. The Court refused to pass the death penalty and sentenced the father to three years’ imprisonment. The father admitted shooting his sleeping son because he was a menace to the villagers.
