PLANS TO LEAVE POLITICS CHANCELLOR NAMED AS SUCCESSOR CABINET CHANGES MOOTED United Press Association—By EDectnc Telegraph- Copvrlebr LONDON, March 8. In accordance with present intentions, the Prime Minister, Mr Stanley Baldwin will retire in June, Mr Neville Chamberlain succeeding him. Mr Chamberlain will reconstruct the Cabinet. It is understood that Mr Baldwin will virtually disappear from politics, and accept a peerage. Mr Baldwin’s prospective successor for the Bewdley constituency will be the Hon. Lyttelton, who accompanied the Marylebone cricketers to New Zealand and Australia.
