WOMAN MISSING
INVOLVED IN BIG SHORTAGE OF FUNDS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 8, 7.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 7. The police have started a nationwide search for .Mrs James Harper, a socially promirient sportswoman and wife of a cinema director. Mrs Harper disappeared after being indicted on a charge of forgery in connection with a shortage of 50,000 dollars from a lumber company of which she was treasurer. Her husband was directing a cinema production at Honolulu al the time the shortage was discovered.
