The “Sunday Times" says: "Germany is forming two pew tank regiments, by which, possibly, she is planning to create a fourth mechanised division. She already has six tank regiments, comprising 250 tanks each, two of which, with a reconnaisance group of armoured cars, a mechanised cavalry regiment and an artillery regiment, form a mechanised division able to advance ten miles per hour as a whole, while scouts move 20 miles per hour. These three divisions possess high concentration fire, and are the most outstanding features of the German Army. Germany is also forming additional artillery units, but delayed fulfilment owing to the shortage of officers.
