INCREASES IN UNITED KINGDOM British Official Wireless (Received March 4, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 3. The money value of retail trade sales in January was 2.4 per cent, higher tha nin January, 1936, when, however, the rise from the year earlier amounted to 10.8 per cent. For the 12 months of the trade year, ended with January, an inertease of 5.9 per cent, is shown in total sales.
