RIFLE SHOOTING
TIMARU DEFENCE CLUB The Timaru Defence Rifle Club recently fired the first of the long range aggregate, the conditions being 10 shots at 800 and 900 yards. The day was fair with a very hard light. At the conclusion of the shoot the president, on behalf of the club, extended to Rifleman C. H. Johnson best wishes for a good trip to England, and said he hoped he would have an opportunity of keeping up the club’s good name at Bisley. Mr Johnson was presented with a gold eversharp pencil. The
