DECISION OF FORMER PREMIER United Press Association—By Electria Telegraph —Copyright TORONTO, March 1. A former Premier of Alberta, Mr John Brownlee, announces that he will appeal to the Privy Council against the Supreme Court of Canada's award of 10,000 dollars to Vivian Macmillan, a Government stenographer, for alleged seduction.
