ANNUAL CONFERENCE By rniperaph Pips’ Association CHRISTCHURCH, March 3. The annual conference of the Justices of the Peace Federation was opened to-day by the Attorney-Gen-eral (Hon. H. G. R. Mason) and the Mayor, Mr J. W. Beanland. Mr A. <l. Hobbs (Christchurch), was elected president of the Federation, Mr W. C. Weston (New Plymouth), vicepresident, Mr A. J. Stratford (Auckland), registrar and treasurer, and Mr C. Phillips (Auckland), auditor. The next conference will be held at New Plymouth.
