REMAND GRANTED
DOUBLE CHARGE PREFERRED By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, December 26 Charges of' attempting to commit suicide on December 18, and obtaining £2O from Dorothy Willis on false pretences, at Christchurch, between March 23 and June 18, 1934,’ were preferred against Peter Bryce Cunningham (33) in the Police Court to-day. The police said that when a detective called in reference to the second charge, accused attempted to cut his throat with a razor. He was remanded till January 2, in bail of £lOO and one surety.
