INCREASE IN ARMS VOTE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 26, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, November 25. The Finance Commission adopted France's largest defence budget, providing for armaments an appropriation of £100,000,000, £10,000,000 more than that of 1936.
