VICTORIA COLLEGE LIBRARY By Teleeraph —Press Association WELLINGTON. November 26. In recognition, in the words of the president of the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Dr. F. P. Keppel, of its extraordinarily satisfactory development of the library, the Victoria University College, Wellington, is to receive from the corporation a grant of 10,000 dollars, payable 5000 dollars annually for two years, for its library. This advice was received by the College Council at its meeting to-night from the Carnegie Corporation.
