GERMANY PROPOSES TO PAY IN GOODS United Press Association—By Electric Telepraph Copyright BERLIN, September 1. Under a supplementary agreement, signed at Pretoria, Germany will pay for South African wool in goods, instead of foreign currencies.. The agreement guarantees Germany’s need from September to November. A new agreement can be expected shortly to cover the requirements in December and afterwards.
