WARM WEATHER
WELCOME SPELL IN ENGLAND British Official Wireless (Received September 1, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, August 31. The spell of warm weather was maintained during the week-end and the temperatures on Saturday and Sunday rose to 83 Fahrenheit in several parts of Southern England. The weather to-day was cooler and cloudier than of late, but it continued dry.
