ARUNDEL
EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE There was a fair attendance at the fortnightly euchre party and dance held hi the Howard Hall on Saturday evening. The prize-winners were Mrs H. Black and Miss D. Johnston and Mr W. Metcalf and Mr K. Rose. Music for the dancing was supplied by Miss A. Gould and Messrs W. and J. Chapman. Mr W. Foster was M.C. During the evening Mr Foster announced that the football match would be held in the Arundel Domain on September 5.
PERSONAL Miss B. Harris spent the week-end with her parents, Mr and Mrs J. Harris. Mrs C. Good, who has been the guest of her'mother, Mrs Pratt, has returned to Orari.
