REDS NOT WANTED
ENTRY INTO UNITED STATES DENIED United Press Association —By Ei*<u»c Telegraph—Convrlght (Received August 28, 7.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 27. Entry to the United States, has been denied to Mr William Gallacher, a Communist Members of the British Parliament, under the provision of the Immigration law barring revolutionists. He had been in Canada and wished to visit America. The State Department’s ruling described Mr Gallacher as an executive member of the Communist International. Mr W. Gallacher, Communist, represents West Fife in the British Parliament, and at the last .general election unseated Mr C. Milne K.C. (Conservative) . He defeated the Rt. Hon. W. Adamson (Labour) who was second in the election, by 593 vote*.
