BRITAIN’S BIG PLANS British Official Wireless (Received August 23, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY. August 21. Work will begin next week on a new aircraft factory at Radford. in Coventry, which will be constructed ai.d operated by the Government in conjunction with the Daimler Company.
