The primary exports for Victoria during 1935-36 returned almost £7,000,000 more than in 1934-35 according to the Government Statistician. The total “xports were valued at £34.685.000. The deposits in the Victorian trading banks this year increased by £9,775,000 to £121,205,000. The savings bank deposits rose by £1,871.000 to a record total of £13,890,000. Victorian sheep flocks increased ty 674.000 to 17.457.000. dairy cattle by 36,000 to a record total of 988,000.
