BOUT FOR WORLD TITLE BRADDOCK UNABLE TO FIGHT United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 23. 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 22 Physicians report that Braddock is suffering from arthritis of the left hand and elbows, and the fight with Max Schmeling will be postponed until next June. Max Schmeling has declined to meet Louis again, until he has had a chance at the championship.
