REPORTED FLIGHT ACROSS EUROPE SURPRISE ARRIVAL IN AUSTRIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright (Received August 10, 8.20 p.m.) LONDON. August 10 The Vienna correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says that ex-King Alfonso arrived unexpectedly from Czecho-Slovakia, accompanied by two Spanish couriers, who were sent to Czecho-Slovakia on August 7. The plane in which the couriers travelled was detained in Czecho-Slovakia. The pilot. Owen Cathcart Jones, demanded its surrender, declaring that he would hold the authorities responsible for loss owing to delay. Ex-King Alfonso intends to spend a holiday in the Austrian lake district.
