CITATION MAI’ BE WITHDRAWN By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, July 27. The dispute between the New Zealand master bakers and employees concluded in the Conciliation Council without an agreement being reached The workers intimated that they were not prepared to go to the Arbitration Court. It is understood that their citation will be withdrawn.
