CHILD DROWNED
TRAGEDY ON A FARM By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Rebruary 11. The two-year-old son of Mr Alf Brustad, of Waiau, was drowned in the sheep dip at his father’s home to-day. The child, who was with his father in the wool shed, was unobserved for a few minutes and was found ten minutes later in the dip. Efforts to restore animation failed. The child’s mother, well-known by her maiden name, Miss Aroha Clifford, died when the baby was bom.
