AMERICAN MUNITIONS FOR INDIA. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright CALCUTTA, February 4. Forty pistols and 3000 cartridges, concealed in the hold, were seized when plain clothes police raided the City of Christchurch from New York, and arrested 18 of the crew for smuggling arms. Political terrorists recently so increased that a special force of police was formed to raid suspected ships.
