H. Allchurch and Co. advertise particulars of a town property situated 1 Avenue Road (very near to Wai-iti Road) which they are selling on the premises on Wednesday, February 12, at 2.30 p.m., under instructions from Mrs Bessie Matson, and the administratrix of the late W.
