BIG ADVANCE IN ORDINARY REVENUE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 4, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 4. Exchequer returns show that total ordinary revenue to November 30, excluding self-balancing items, amounts to £382,008,917, compared with £374,428,856 at the coi'responding date last year.
