SERIOUS INJURIES
WOMAN FALLS FROM BALCONY By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, December 3. Severe injuries to the head as well as a broken nose and a fractured wrist were received by Mrs Gertrude Elizabeth le Sueur, aged 24, when she fell more than 20ft from the balcony of the club house of the Akarana Golf Club at Mount Roskiil this morning. Mrs le Sueur, a domestic employed by the club, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital. Her condition to-night is serious. The injured woman was working on the balcony when the accident happened. She landed heavily on some concrete steps, being rendered unconscious by the fall.
