SYSTEM OF CONTROL FOR BRITAIN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 7. A Joint meeting of the miners’ officials and the colliery owners’ representatives has been held, at which explanations were given of the principles of the system of central organisations for the complete and effective control of the sale of coal, which the owners have agreed with the Government to establish. The owners will keep the miners’ representatives fully informed of the progress of the schemes. The miners wages claim was not discussed at the meeting.
