£ WALNUT JELLIES * £ 1 quart stock, 2 ozs gelatine, I £ lb walnuts, several sticks of as- »:« £ paragus. Soak gelatine in the £ £ stock and dissolve over a gentle £ £ heat. Strain and allow to set. »:» £ Chop the nuts and soak in some £ £ mayonaise. Wet some small £ »!• moulds and place a little jellied £ £ stock in each adding some sliced £ £ asparagus and chopped nuts. £ £ Cover with stock. When set turn •> £ on to a bed of lettuce and serve £ £ with salad dressing. £
