INTER-CLUB COMPETITION The sixth round of the Wally Best Inter-Club competition was fired last week. The shooting on the whole was better than during the last two or three weeks—five possibles and seven scores of 79 being registered. The Timaru Club’s team put on a fine score—two off the possible, and with West End are still in the lead for the shield with 12 points (six wins). As these two teams are drawn against each other for this week, the outcome will be eagerly looked for. C. Paine has lost his lead in the individual aggregate, and is now equal with C. Blackwood and T. Marshall with five down. Next to these are A. Agnew (7 down) and J. McKay, W. Falloon, W, Malcolm and J. Murray (8 down each).
