REPEAL TO BE SOUGHT By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, May 15. A remit asking for the repeal of the clause in the Education Act, excluding five-year-olds from schools, was carried by the Educational Institute, without dissent. One delegate advocated the extension of the leaving age instead of a return to the five entrance.
