It is officially denied that the Franco-Soviet Treaty contains secret clauses, or that France has considered the question of a loan to Russia. The statement adds that the text of the agreement will be fully published.

Signor Suvich states that the conference has reached an agreement for the drafting of proposals for a Pact of non-interference, which it is hoped to present at the Danubian Conference being held shortly.
