APPLICATION FAILS
PRISONERS TO BE EXTRADITED By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, May 7. An application on behalf of Madge Munro, of Sydney, who is at present in custodv pending extradition to New South Wales, failed to-day when the Full Court refused to grant an application for a rule nisi. Although the application was made on behalf of Munro, the Court’s decision relates indirectly to another Sydney prisoner, William Campbell, who is also in custody pending extradition.
