IV THE MATTER of The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, The Harbour Boards Act, 1923, The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, The Electric Power Boards Act, 1925, The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and Amendments thereto:— PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the persons whose names are set out in the First Schedule hereto have been duly nominated as candidates for the respective offices at the respective elections under which their names appear in the said Schedule; and, as the nominations in respect of each election exceed the vacancies to be filled as appears in the said Schedule, I hereby give notice that a Poll of the District Electors of the Borough of Timaru will be taken as between the candidates at each election on WEDNESDAY, Bth MAY, 1935.
