CONFERENCE OF MINISTERS PROPOSED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, April 29. Tile Prime Minister, Mr Ramsay Macdonald has invited the Dominions’ Prime Ministers to tea at the House of Commons, on April 30, when the discussions on Empire defence will be inaugurated. The meeting will be confined to Mr Macdonald’s and Sir John Simon’s survey of recent European happenings. The British Government has appointed a ministerial panel, consisting of Mr Macdonald, Mr Stanley Baldwin, Mr Neville Chamberlain, Mr J. H. Thomas, Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister and Sir Samuel Hoare, for the discussions, and has arranged for informal meetings to be held throughout the Prime Ministers’ stay, but no formal agenda will be prepared.
