STATEMENT BY BRITISH CHANCELLOR United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February b. Mr Neville Chamberlain, Chancellor of the Exchequer, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said he had no knowledge other than what he had seen in the press relating to the “stagging” of the recent Australian conversion. He understood that the genera) question Of Stag activities was being considered by the authorities. No Government action at present was called for.
