TERRORISTS EXECUTED IN RUSSIA United Press Association—By electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received December 18, 5.5 p.m.) KIEV, December 17. Twenty-eight terrorists have been executed, making a total of 107 since M. Kirov’s assassination. The official explanation of Kirov’s assassination is contained in resolutions of the Moscow and Leningrad Communist Committees. They declare that the murder was the result of an old feud between the Stalinites and the supporters of Trotsky. M. Zinoviev, when defeated in open fight, had resorted to banditry. The resolutions foreshadowed a merciless drive against enemies. It is officially announced that 28 terrorists were executed following trial by a military court, which found that the majority of the prisoners had entered Russia through Poland carrying revolvers and hand grenades.
