VICTORIA PREFERS TOUR BY ALL BLACKS Ualted Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 18, 11.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE. December 18. The Victorian Rugby Union has received a letter from the New South Wales Union intimating that a United States team contemplates a tour of Australia. The Victorian Union replied that it would much prefer another tour from the All Blacks.
