United Press Association—B.v Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 18, 11.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 18. A new Companies Bill is being introduced in the New South Wales Parliament to-mcrrow. The Bill follows the lines of the British and New Zealand legislation; and gives ample protection to the public when seeking investments. It controls prospectuses, financial arrangements, companies’ demands, standards of efficiency, and administration and restricts or prohibits sharebawking.
