EXHIBITION BY AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS By Telegraph —Press Association AUCKLAND. December 18. The team of American professional golfers who have been taking part in matches in Australia, returned to Auckland by the Monterey, and five of them played a medal round on the Titirangi links. The course record of 71 was beaten by K. Lafloon, who went round in 69. He was out in 35 and home in 34. including three putts at each of the fifteenth and sixteenth holes. In a few instances he was conceded his final putt when his bail was within a foot or two of the hole, and for this reason the record may not be recognised. The scores, of others were—Craig Wood 71 (approximately), Jimmy Thomson 72, Densmore Shute 74, Paul Runyan 75.
