COURT’S ARGUMENT NOT CONCLUDED
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 17, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, December 17. Argument was not concluded in the Kisch ease, and it was adjourned till to-morrow. The High Court on Friday granted a rule nisi, returnable yesterday, staying further proceedings against Egon Kisch as a prohibited immigrant until the question whether a Scottish dialect, Gaelic, could be termed a European language, under the Commonwealth Immigration Act.
