PROSECUTION OF ENEMIES OF REGIME United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SAARBRUCKEN, November 16. The Governing Commission asked the Supreme Tribunal to proceed against Jacob Pirro, Herman Poechling and Pieter Kiefre, and also Lenacher and Smelzer, five leaders of the German Front, who signed the recent attack on Mr G. G. Knox (chairman of the Saar Governing Commission), and transmitted to the League. The charges are insult, libel and false witness. German language papers in the Saar have been ordered to give a front page display of the Commissioner’s rebuttal of the nttack. FACING DIFFICULT SITUATION LEAGUE INVESTIGATING FINANCE United Press Association— By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright (Received November 18, 11.50 p.m.) GENEVA, November 17. M. Aloise, president of the Saar Committee of the League of Nations, intimated that the work in connection with the financial aspect of the Saar was insufficiently advanced to enable the meeting on November 21, and requested the postponement of the meeting, which will probably be held oil November 24.
