Washington 6 beat Mrs W. Blay 2. Men’s Singles.—R. Armstrong 6 beat W. Blay 2, E Morrison 6 lost to A. Kelland 6, C. Kelland 2 lost to L. Mulligan 6, A. McKenzie 0 lost to S. James 6. Women’s Doubles.—Misses Liddle and Hickey 6 beat Misses Anderson and Sievwright 5, Miss : I. Liddle and Mrs Washington 6 beat Miss Hewson and Mrs Blay 5. The clandeboye Tennis Club’s second of a series of dances was well attended by members and visitors from neighbouring districts. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss M. H. Clayton and Mr L. Livesey. Music was provided by local musicians and Mr S. Parke was M.C.
