LATE MR F. PALLISER
THE FUNERAL The funeral of Mr Francis Palliser took place on Saturday, a large gathering representative of the many organisations with which Mr Palliser had been associated during his longresidence in Timaru, attending. The service at the house and at Timaru Cemetery was conducted by the Ven. Archdeacon H. W. Monaghan. The pall bearers were Messrs J. W. Holdgate, W. G. Irwin. J. Hunt, W. H. Hunt, C. Davies and G. Hadlee.
