GERMAN CRITICISM REFUTED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SAARBRUCKEN, November 15. The Saar Commission, replying to the German memorandum, denies that Government officials provided an antiHitlerite newspaper with information regarding the documents seized in the German Front offices. The Commission has requested the Supreme Tribunal to prosecute. Mr Knox’s Cabinet chief, and M. Ritzel the Government Adviser, also deny that German emigres in the Saar are being taught to use arms. The Saar Supreme Court sentenced the Mayor of Homberg, Herr Puppersberg, to 46 days’ imprisonment, and to pay a fine of 2000 francs, for violations of neutrality.
