COMPREHENSIVE PLANS FOR REORGANISATION British Oi iciai Wireless (Received November 16, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, November 15. Sir Andrew Duncan, chairman of the Central Electricity Board, has been appointed independent chairman of the Iron and Steel Federation, which includes 14 industries and more than forty associations. It is recognised he will play an important part in the future development of a scheme for the reorganisation of industry, which is in an advanced stage.
